How it works

From the board to your first shift

STEP 1

Browse the board

Pay, place and timing on every card. No account needed to look.

STEP 2

Apply in one tap

Name and email gets you in. The rest is asked the first time you apply.

STEP 3

Work the shift

Your attendance is recorded on the day, by the company, in the app.

STEP 4

Review each other

You rate the company, they rate you. Yours appears on their listings; companies you apply to see only a summary of theirs.

Your week

Work out what your hours are worth

Set the hours you have and a rate from the board. Every posting shows its rate up front, so this is the number you will actually see.

18 h
$15.00
A week$270A month$1,169

Before deductions; the company pays you direct.

After you're hired

Join a pool, not just a job

When a company hires you, you join their manpower pool with a role of your own. Companies can post shifts to their own pool only, so members see work that never reaches the public board.

FAQ

Before you apply

Do I need an account to look?

No. The board and every job page are open. You need a name and email to apply, and the rest of your details are asked the first time you apply.

How do I get paid?

The company pays you directly. My Jobs shows the rate, and the attendance and hours the company recorded, so you can check what you were paid.

How old do I need to be?

18 or over. Your date of birth is checked the first time you apply.

What happens after I apply?

The company reviews applications in its inbox. When it accepts or declines yours, you are notified, and you can withdraw your application until your first shift on it starts.

Can I work for more than one company?

Yes. Each company you join gives you a separate membership and a separate role. Being a promoter for one has no bearing on another.
